Step 1: Connect the training wheel and the support bar together. First, assemble the bolt, wheel, bracket arm, gasket and nut in order, and then tighten them with a wrench.

Step 2: Unscrew the bicycle rear axle nut, then fix the stop block, and fasten the pointed horn of the stop block on the bike frame.

Step 3: According to the size of the bike wheel, choose the proper insert size on the support bar. (The training wheels should be 3/8 to 1/2 inch above the ground on both sides when the bike is upright.) Tighten the nut with a wrench by applying pressure.

Step 4: Follow the same instruction to install the training wheel on the other side of the bike. Please apply pressure to ensure the wheels are screwed in tightly for safety purposes.
