The training wheels have the following specifications: Dimensions of 8.7 x 4.2 x 1 inch, plastic wheels with a diameter of 3.3 inches and a thickness of 0.75 inches, and brackets with a length of 7.2 inches and a thickness of 0.1 inch.

To install the training wheels on a single-speed bike, follow these steps: 1) Remove the axle nut and washer from the bicycle axle. 2) Place the bracket brace plate over the bike axle by inserting the tab into the open space of the bike frame. 3) Place the assembled training wheel onto the bracket brace plate and adjust the bracket height to fit 12, 14, 16, 18, or 20-inch children's bicycles. 4) Adjust the height of the training wheels and tighten the axle nut.

For installation on single-speed and variable-speed bikes, the process is slightly different: 1) Remove the axle nut and washer from the bicycle axle. 2) Put on the extension bolts. 3) Put on the vertical bracket. 4) Put on the black balancer. 5) Adjust the height of the training wheels and tighten the axle nut. 6) Repeat the process for the other side of the bike.
